All BALMUDA products bought through our website follows the same return and refund policy as the BALMUDA USA website’s. All returns and exchanges after purchase may be processed through BALMUDA USA’s customer support.

Shipping Time
We strive to ship orders which are placed prior to 12pm PST (3pm EST) that same day. From the time an order is submitted, processing may take 1-2 business days. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 2 business days to leave our warehouse unless the item is on back order or a special order item. Orders are only processed during regular business days which include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.
For products that are in-stock, they are estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rate & Restrictions
We offer free standard shipping on eligible products only. Free shipping is restricted to continental US addresses only. Valid on purchases made at US.BALMUDA.COM only.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous US states, Hawaii, and Alaska.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, please call our BALMUDA Customer Support Center at 833-333-1033, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm, PST. If you have already received the email, you can track your package through the carrier's website, using the tracking number noted in the email.
